A lot of bigner entrepreneur make these mistakes when the are trying to start some thing  new they think oohh i can not roll out the product tommorow i need to sit down and write down the whole business plan calculate every thing and them create a big pixel perfect website then talk to friends before rolling out to the market i need to make it perfect thats super wrong dont do that because the problem is you may spent like one or two year just to build some thing coding something and when you roll out to the market and market is like we dont need that right now So what every you wanna start just start as soon as possible check the market first weather this idea gonna works or not you can make plan pixel perfect every thing later on but what is more important is does people really need what you are offering right now.

Dont hire a expansive developer straight away create a basic landing page. There are so many tools online  that you can use for example tilda clickfunnels and there are lot more these are the website from which you can make basic landing page not very expansive. If you cant do so you can hire cheap developers on upwork and fiverr there are many people who are new on upwork and fiverr they make your basic site in very cheap all they need is a good review. Because ones you select your product make landing page then what you need to do you need to market your product you need to start paying for ads you need to pay to influencers and you dont wanna lose that money. I would build the business that way in first step you collect email or phone numbers second step you sell some thing cheaper  and third step you upsell it to some thing bigger i mostly use mailchimp for my wp to collect emails list.

And other way is to go to influencers like you know some smaller influencers you can always just dm them in instagram or email then that you wanna collaboration this who influencers make money so they will collaboration with you depends weather their price is reasonable or not i would recommends first to goto targeting and re targeting people

Start building a community even if you dont have an idea there are lot of blogers out there they make thousand of dollor not because they have a great idea because they have a great community so i would say community came first. Start building your community right away from right now it is the most important part.
